GRADE 7’s HEADING TO ALPHA- ALPHA EAGLE FOR A DAY MAY 26th, 2022 INFORMATION

You may have received our Alpha Eagle Eggs last month letting you all know how very excited we are to welcome you for not only a visit in May, but also a five-year stay for what will be the most exciting high school experience.  Please see the attached letter for all of the information for the upcoming ALPHA EAGLE FOR A DAY visit on May 26th, 2022.

Here is some information about your one-day visit to the school:

Alpha Eagle for a Day will be held here at Alpha Secondary School on Thursday, May 26th, 2022 from 9:30am-2:45pm.

We ask that you arrive to our Alpha front entrance and look for your school name on a welcome sign held by one of our Leadership students.  Larger groups will be attending with their classmates.  Please go to your school first and then make your way to Alpha together.  If you are arriving independently that day, simply use our front doors on Alpha Avenue and find your school sign.

Students will receive an Alpha T-shirt either prior to coming, or upon checking in. It will be worn for the day. We ask that students please keep their name tag on their shirt for the event day.

We will be providing a barbecue hotdog lunch but ask that students bring a water bottle that can be refilled throughout the day. Other drinks will not be provided. Should this lunch not be suitable for your child, please be sure that they bring a packed lunch for the day. We also ask that students bring sunscreen for possible outdoor activities.

Part of our day will include a panel discussion of students from varying grade levels. Should you or your child have a question you would like to ask about Alpha and student life in advance of the event, please fill out the electronic form linked here that can be copied and pasted into your web browser:
