Congratulations to Alpha’s Debate Team! 🎉
Alpha Debate Team won the “Top School” award for highest ranking school (for the third year in a row!) at the Lower Mainland East Regional Tournament. Alpha Debate shined bright with senior debaters winning 4 of the top 10 speaking spots and junior debaters winning 5 of the top 10 speaker spots. Finally, Alpha Debate advanced five teams to the Provincials in February, including the junior champions, Leo Zhu and Aryan Singh, who came in first in their category.
Way to go, debaters! You make Alpha proud!
